Rudy Giuliani Hospitalized

December 20th, 2007 By: Michael van der Galien | Tags:

According to AOL News, Former Mayor of New York Rudy Giuliani will take a break from campaigning for a couple of days: he’ll go back to New York because he’s ill. He was hospitalized yesterday in St. Louis, suffering from flu-like symptoms. A Giuliani spokesman said that doctors found “nothing of concern.”

Seemingly, however, he’s not able to campaign at this point in time.

I know how he feels: yesterday evening I ate Chinese food. Seemingly, the meat wasn’t good. Food poisoning. Had a horrible night, which is why I won’t post much today. Apologize for the inconvenience.

Get better soon Michael. I too had a bad night, disgestion-wise, but nothing so bad as food poisoning.

In any event, you don’t hospitalize someone on the basis of a little flu. It’s either more serious or they’re very paranoid.

Lynx: I agree. Makes one wonder whether they were concerned about heart problems. Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t people with heart problems often complain about flu-like symptoms? Not sure, popped up in my mind.

Food poisoning: first time. What a hell.

damn, that’s like a kiss of death for a candidate.

Hope you feel better Michael, I’ve had it myself a couple of times.
