		<description>So her solution to a market correction albeit a tough one is to subvert the market entirely by &quot;freezing foreclosures&quot; and &quot;freezing interest rates&quot;?  Talk about your laws of unintended consequences.   First, I don&#039;t believe a president has those powers and if they did, it would have forced most financial institutions into total liquidity melt-downs, bankruptcies for all major banking institutions, which probably would have led to runs on banks, etc, etc.   Kind of like removing a skin cancer with a hand grenade. </description>
