		<description>Fred always has been the best candidate. Now that the economy has started to tank Fred would do well to take on the gas tank. The cost of fuel is the cancer that is eating the economy. There is plenty of oil for us if we can prove to the green people we can have oil and green fields. Also we need to build nuclear plants again.</description>
