George Will, the conservative columnist, asks some questions he wants Republican nominee John McCain (I think we can call him the nominee by now, can’t we?) to answer. They are good questions, all the more so because they’re clearly asked by a pragmatical conservative; a conservative who cares more about what works and less about what sounds good in theory and one who is – above all – a proponent of a modest foreign policy.

…The Democratic nominee will try to make a mountain out of McCain’s molehill of an assertion that it would be "fine" with him if some U.S. forces are in Iraq for "maybe 100" years, if Americans are not being harmed. ..
I’m not a democrat, but is he talking about the The Halliburton "let’s waste untold millions upon millions of taxpayers dollars molehill"? It will be interesting if we do stay in Iraq to see if Halliburton will still be involved in their war profiteering there.
