Corsi’s Attacks Won’t Destroy Obama
Barack Obama’s campaign’s reaction to Jerome Corsi’s latest book, “The Obama Nation,” has been too strong. When the book was published the campaign immediately slammed Corsi. He was described as a despicable liar and worse. Senator John F. Kerry, who was the victim of Corsi’s work back in 2004, even created a website to counter Corsi’s (and others’) lies.
Although this passionate reaction is logical because Corsi’s effect on the elections four years ago, it would have been wiser for the Obama campaign to simply ignore “The Obama Nation” or to dismiss it as a joke. Their fear has resulted in Corsi getting more media attention and, as a result, more appeal. This while his book does not contain any new revelations about Obama; it is nothing but a conservative attack on the Senator’s character. Giving it attention gives it a credit it does not deserve. At least not in so far that it will not have the impact the Swift Boat attack had on Obama’s predecessor John Kerry.

The Republican party set the standard for this in 2004. It worked then and they will continue to do it until it stops working. It’s apparent that the Republican party can’t win on issues, their platform, and especially not on their record. This is all they have. Unfortunately, most of us Americans are low information voters and we eat this crap up. What is this, grade school? God help us.
I think the fact that Corsi’s a 9/11 Truther is most disturbing to the Right; therefore, I’m telling all my RW friends about it. What a flippin’ crackpot!
Corsi should be given a medal for writing this. Obama will destroy this country and sell its citizens to the Muslim fundamentalists. Who in the world would support a candidate for President that has the lack of ANY political experience Obama has and also has the support of Hamas! Obama calls for change for the sake of change. How about change that protects Americans from dangerous individuals like Obama.
