This is what Palestinian children do in the summer. They go to ‘camps’ where they are taught how to be a good little martyr. They practice with fake rockets and are religiously indoctrinated. After a couple of weeks, these kids only care about killing Jews.
Although that is all morally abhorrent – it’s abuse and unfair, hateful and so on – the most important result of these camps is that when these Palestinians grow up they can never work for peace with Israel. Little kids grow up. They blow themselves up when they are older, yes, but more important than terrorism in itself is political will to end the conflict peacefully. Hamas and other Palestinians terrorist organizations are not merely creating terrorists; they are making a diplomatic solution for the conflict impossible.
