And Michael, why not a fan of O'Reilly?  I don't agree with him on a number of issues, but he doesn't say a lot of good things sometimes. Plus, he didn't even attack Frank on the most appropriate charge; it's not that Frank recently said that Fannie and Freddie were sound, it was when he was saying that during the hearings that uncovered the massive fraudulent schemes that were putting our economy at risk. Frank and his fellow Democrats were actively trying to block any oversight of the GSE's, and they should minimally be tossed out of office if not criminally prosecuted for that malfeasance. O'Reilly completely missed the opportunity to call him out on this when Frank said that he tried to do something about the problem at the first opportunity he had when the Dems gained control of Congress. Bill should have had the clip of those '04 hearings ready to roll right then to show that Frank didn't fail to do something then due to Republican control of Congress- he failed because he chose to be on the other side defending Fannie Mae and BLOCKING the GOP attempts that were led by Congressman Baker (R).
