Police have arrested two self-described white supremacists, Daniel Cowart and Paul Schlesselman, who had apparently hatched a plan to go on a massive killing spree of African Americans which they intended to cap off with the assassination of Barack Obama.

They supposedly planned to kill 100 African Americans, beheading 14 of them, and then charge Obama’s car with their own in an attempt to kill them.

There is no indication, however, that these men were more than sick low lives fantasizing about killing the Senator. Police say there is no indication that they would have had the capacity to get anywhere near succeeding. However they did constitute a threat, especially to those other innocent black people who they were planning to kill before Obama himself.

They have been arrested and charged with illegal possession of a sawed off shotgun, conspiracy to rob a federally licenced gun dealer and making threats against a presidential candidate. Hopefully that’ll keep them away from society a good long time.
