Obama on Israel, Tape Not Released Yet

October 29th, 2008 By: Michael van der Galien | Tags:

The refusal of the Los Angeles Times to release the video tape of a conference attended by Barack Obama and various enemies of Israel and friends of Palestinian terrorist organizations Hamas and the PLO, continues to make headlines.

Conservative blogger Doug Ross reported Wednesday that a source who has given him “reliable” information about the LAT in the past told him in an e-mail that the LAT refused to provide a transcript of the event let alone release the video because Obama can be seen and heard ‘riling up’ the public in an anti-Israel speech.

According to the source – we cannot possibly confirm the reliability of him – Obama can be seen and heard saying: “Israel has no God-given right to occupy Israel.”

Additionally, the source told Ross, Obama said that Israel had “committed a genocide” against the Palestinian people.

Whether the source’s information is correct or not is anyone’s guess because the LAT – in breach with normal journalist practices – refuses to either provide a transcript or release the tape.
