		<description>There are a number of problems with your argument, mainly that it is based on a series of hypotheticals.Yes,she could have hurt someone,but the fact is that most of these actions are carried out after careful planning and multiple attempts to get people out of harm&#039;s way.Yes, she could blow up a nuclear power plant, but the fact that there is no record of Marie Mason conducting any similar actions since 1999 drastically undermines any reasonable belief that she could be a threat. If she isn&#039;t a threat then why does she deserve a sentence longer than someone who took a human life, or committed sexual assault?</description>
