The country completely collapsing creates issues. China, for example. Won't they just go in and try and establish a government? Also, I hear a lot of people saying that the West is going back to North Korea. Trouble is, nobody seems to want to even consider that option. Even George W. Getting the international community to turn against you is not a way to ensure PEACE or SECURITY. What is North Korea trying to do here?
