I suggest that Barak Obama will soon be making a US apology tour to North Korea and there is no way in his Dove approach to Foreign Policy is he going to respond to this in any way shape and form and the North Koreans know it. South Korea and the United States have to take out every government computer, energy building, etc. in North Korea, and then tell Pyongyang that if it wants to play with the big boys, it’ll have to toughen up considerably.
