In this plan, Obama's government decides for all health care - public and private - who live and who dies and what treatment doctors are permitted to give to patients. These folks have arisen to power and influence around environmental concerns where they have decided there are too many humans on their earth and to save the earth it is necessary that the elite kill off two thirds of the population on earth through China-like policies of one child per couple and through biological warfare.
