Congressional Hypocrisy, Part 15,064,284
Last year when auto executives plead before Congress for a bailout, they were lambasted by Representatives as well as by the left-leaning blogosphere for their supposedly conspicuous display of elitism and insensitivity in traveling to Washington, D.C. by private jet.
Well, acting entirely on its own initiative, Congress just added two similar jets for members’ own use to the Air Force budget.
But since this Congress is controlled by Democrats, I am sure that elitism and insensitivity has nothing to do with it any more, right?
