Haha, Ezra Klein Does Have a Sense of Humor

ezra klein is funnyWho, I ask you, who, would’ve thought? Ezra Klein – the man who takes himself way too seriously – does have a sense of humor:

I give David Brooks a hard time sometimes, but I really do wish the conservative movement would follow his example. “If I were in Congress, I’d figure there’s an 80 percent chance of something like [the Baucus bill] passing anyway,” he writes. “I might as well get engaged as a provisional supporter to fight to make it better, or at least to fight off the coming onslaught to make it worse.”

Haha, funny as hell. Yeah, you’d wish more Republicans were like Brooks, haha, because Brooks is really not a conservative at all and because he’s more than willing to let progressives ram their big government plans through Congress.

And you’re a progressive.

Haha, that’s hi-la-ri-ous.

You were being ironic, right?

Right?…

Oh, wait, you weren’t? You actually thought readers would take you seriously?

Dang, and there I was thinking you were secretly a funny guy.

Well, you are, of course, you’re just not aware of it.

Come to think of it, that makes it even more hysterical.

So, thanks for entertaining me Ezra! I needed that this morning.
