		<description>In my opinion, China hasn&#039;t really been communist for a while.  Highly authoritarian to be sure, and a one-party state to boot, but I don&#039;t think communist accurately describes them anymore, no matter what they wish to call themselves.</description>

		<description>China avoided the economic crisis because they arent stupid with their monetary policy and they arent stupid with their investments. The rules our government put in place and used guaranteed the crisis would happen. 

It is a sad day when China can implement smart economic policy better than the United States. Of course China&#039;s policy has the goal of making money and economic growth, our policy is designed for social engineering, self serving political favoritism and corruption.</description>
