Charlie Crist Declares War on Marco Rubio
Well, it took Governor Charlie Crist a little while, but he has finally decided to go after his main challenger in next year’s senatorial elections, Marco Rubio. Although Crist was once considered to be one of the most talented governor in the country, who could become the Republican Party’s presidential nominee in 2012 or 2016, he has been unable to deal with Rubio’s criticism, labeling Crist a fake conservative.
So what can Crist do once he realizes that ignoring Rubio isn’t going to work? Right; launch a smear campaign. Both the St. Petersburg Times and the Miami Herald have noted that Crist’s allies have started to “push back at the notion that Rubio is a conservative’s dream candidate.”
His sin? Marco Rubio is not a real fiscal conservative because he is paying off a mortgage and student loans. Dude.
Is that all Crist has to work with? While yes, it is. And the reason is pretty simple: unlike Crist, Rubio actually is a conservative. A conservative who is trying to prove that conservatives do not have to compromise their principles to win elections. The better Rubio does in the polls, the more likely it is that conservatives in other parts of the nation will also challenge liberal and fake conservative candidates.

IS THAT ALL CRIST HAS ON MARCO? HOW WEEK! LOL!!!!!!!
I guess Charlie Crist expects Floridians to forget he not only publically endorsed Obama’s (so called) stimulus package, he supports cap and trade, and he appointed a liberal democrat to the Florida Supreme Court. Charlie, just tell the voters in Florida what you belief instead of trying to convince them you are a conservative.
Here’s what Charlie Crist can do to save his about-to-be-in-danger campaign.

Crist is a moderate Republican, while Rubio is farther to the right. Don’t forget that Florida voted for Obamama, not the Thilla from Wassilla…
