Dodd Would Be Fox In The Chicken Coop
When a U.S. Senator and former Democratic Presidential contender is forced from office in part because of his corruption in accepting sweatheart mortgage loans from the same companies at the heart of the 2008 financial meltdown, what is the worst possible next job for such a man?
Heading up the U.S. Treasury Department would surely be high on the list.
Of course, don’t expect progressives to demand any accountability and responsibility. Partisanship comes first, middle, and last these days. And concerns about corrupt government officials with the power and incentive to do grave damage are so last term. Look! Over there! It’s that evil horrible Sarah Palin! Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!

Isn’t Treasury the place people go to work when they don’t like to pay their taxes. Come to think of it, Dodd did have that scandal where his mis-reported the true value of his Ireland vacation home.
All I can say is that if Brown the Republican wins Ted Kennedy’s seat in Mass. Then the democrats better scrap this health care bill, rally the troops and start providing jobs or they will find the massacre that I have been talking about for months in the November elections.
I think if MASS and Kennedy’s old seat goes GOP then the Democrats are in so much trouble they cant even imagine.
Funny huh…..latest polling in MASS…..Scott Rasmussen, the polling firm’s president, said, “It has nothing to do with Brown and everything to do with the political environment we’re seeing nationally.”
Make no mistake about it. Brown is most likely a RINO and has been classified as a social liberal who is moving more and more left as the possibility of winning in MASS becomes reality and not ficition. But the very fact that a REPUBLICAN even if in name only would be within 9 points of TED KENNEDY’s seat points out Rasmussen’s point quite clearly.
The Democrats are in trouble in more ways then one and the GOP has done nothing to curry the favor of the American people or the people of MASS. which makes this story even more fascinating for me.
